When I first began teaching in the late 90’s, yoga and meditation were still considered by most people to be fringe practices. Nobody was talking about how they could contribute to a team’s overall performance or a player’s competitive advantage.

A lot has changed over the last 25 years! Think 2013 — Pete Carroll and the Seattle Seahawks. And before Carroll, there was Phil Jackson, who used mindfulness meditation with the Chicago Bulls and the LA Lakers to build a more connected and self-aware team and enhance the focus, agility and stress-tolerance of his players. My experience in working with collegiate and professional athletes has led me to my present day services and programs.
