Being radiantly well and achieving balance in living is both an art and a science. The practice of yoga, meditation and mindful breathing help to cultivate a vibrant mind and boost and optimize the body's natural ability to be healthy and strong.
Mindful breathing and moving with alignment and focus are tools to shift energy to where the body and mind need it most; these practices help a person dive more deeply into their inner sense of strength, resilience, and ease - leading to improved health and wellbeing.
My approach to coaching and teaching is both methodical and joyful. As a former dancer, I believe firmly in consistency, discipline and focus. As a practitioner for nearly 30 years I have experienced both the initial transformation as well as the lasting benefits of a regular yoga, meditation and breath practice. As a teacher, I have benefitted as an observer — watching as thousands of my students shaped and directed their own health toward a better outcome.
